To say that hunters nationwide, and even internationally, wait all year for the Safari Club International (SCI) Convention wouldn’t be exaggerating. It’s known as the Ultimate Sportsmen’s Market™ for a reason!
This year’s SCI’s Hunters’ Convention will be held on February 5-8, 2020 in the Reno-Sparks Convention Center in Reno, Nevada. More information can be found here: https://www.showsci.org/
The SCI Hunters’ Convention is one of the largest outdoor sporting expos in the world. This year’s event will host over a thousand hunting industry brands and companies in the Reno-Sparks Convention Center which is nearly 1 million square feet! 32 countries will be represented under one roof and attendees can walk the exhibit halls perusing everything from the latest guns and hunting equipment to jewelry and furs to home decor and the finest artwork. It’s also a great time to book hunts with outfitters and enter raffles! Every purchase goes straight back into SCI’s conservation and legislative efforts that help keep hunting heritage and traditions alive.
In addition to the exhibitors and outfitters, the annual Hunters’ Convention features seminars, top entertainment, and evening fun including live auctions. This year’s auction highlights include:

The hunting show is an SCI members-only event, which includes members’ spouses and children. If you would like to attend and are not a member, you still have time to join the club!

Safari Club International
The Safari Club International (SCI) is an international not-for-profit organization with headquarters in Washington D.C. There, they advocate for hunters’ rights and are involved in regulation, litigation, and education around outdoor advocacy.
The main goal of the SCI and the SCI Foundation is to protect the freedom to hunt and promote wildlife conservation. With the help of over 50,000 members in 180 chapters around the world, SCI raises millions of dollars for local wildlife conservation efforts, educational programs, and humanitarian services.
Much like the Wild Sheep Foundation Convention, SCI’s annual convention brings in crucial funds to help with the organization’s efforts.
Safari Club International 2020 | Prime Revolution
The SCI Hunters’ Convention is another event we love to attend! As Nevada outdoorsman, we are lucky to have such amazing resources in our own backyard. Not only do we have prime hunting and fishing opportunities in our backyard, but our city also hosts the industry’s best expos!
The Prime Revolution team will be attending the 2020 SCI Convention. It’s a great time for us to learn about what’s new and what’s to come in the hunting world! The seminars are incredibly educational and we love walking the convention hall to check out the booths, see old friends, and meet new ones, too.
